Creare un indice con pageref

Terze parti spesso cambiano i numeri di pagina senza rieseguire makeindex. Si vorrebbe rendere più robusti i numeri di pagina nelle voci dell'indice. Questo bundle fornisce robustindex.sty e robustglossary.sty, che usano il meccanismo \pageref per mantenere numeri di pagina corretti.
