Un client Perl per aggiornare voci DNS dinamiche

ddclient è un client che richiede solo Perl. Le funzionalità supportate includono funzionamento da daemon, aggiornamenti manuali e automatici, aggiornamenti statici e dinamici, aggiornamenti ottimizzati per più indirizzi, MX, jolly, evita abusi, ritento degli aggiornamenti non riusciti e aggiornamenti di stato a syslog e tramite e-mail. ddclient può ottenere l’indirizzo IP da qualsiasi interfaccia, tramite un servizio web di rilevamento IP e per più router usando definizioni FW personalizzate. Fornisce inoltre il supporto completo per il protocollo NIC2 di DynDNS.org. È incluso anche il supporto per altri servizi DNS dinamici. Include script di esempio per l’uso con DHCP, PPP e cron.
