Proporcionar soporte https para LWP::UserAgent

El módulo LWP::Protocol::https proporciona soporte para usar URLs con esquema https con LWP. Este módulo es un complemento del manejo de protocolos de LWP, así que no lo usas directamente. Una vez instalado el módulo, LWP puede acceder a sitios usando HTTP sobre SSL/TLS. Si la verificación del nombre de host es solicitada por los 'ssl_opts' de LWP::UserAgent, y ni 'SSL_ca_file' ni 'SSL_ca_path' están establecidos, entonces se implica que 'SSL_ca_file' es el proporcionado por Mozilla::CA. Si el módulo Mozilla::CA no está disponible, las peticiones SSL fallarán. Instala este módulo, configura un 'SSL_ca_file' alternativo o desactiva la verificación del nombre de host. Este módulo solía ir incluido con libwww-perl, pero se separó en v6.02 para poder declarar correctamente sus dependencias para la cadena de herramientas de CPAN. Las aplicaciones que necesitan soporte https pueden simplemente declarar su dependencia de LWP::Protocol::https y ya no necesitarán saber qué módulos subyacentes instalar.
