uacme è un client per il protocollo ACMEv2 descritto in RFC8555, scritto in codice C puro con dipendenze minime. Il protocollo ACMEv2 consente a un'autorità di certificazione e a un richiedente di automatizzare il processo di verifica e di emissione dei certificati. Il protocollo fornisce anche funzionalità per altre funzioni di gestione dei certificati, come la revoca dei certificati.
