Un cmd.py migliorato per scrivere script e shell multi-comando

`cmdln.py` è un'estensione del modulo predefinito `cmd.py` di Python che fornisce «un semplice framework per scrivere interpreti di comandi orientati alle linee». L'idea (sia con cmd.py sia con cmdln.py) è di poter costruire rapidamente strumenti con più sottocomandi (si pensi a cvs o svn) e/o shell interattive semplici (si pensi a gdb o pdb). Le estensioni di Cmdln rendono più naturale scrivere sottocomandi, integrare optparse per una semplice gestione delle opzioni e facilitare una buona documentazione dei comandi.
