The short version: hosted usage needs hard bounds, and self-hosting is a first-class path rather than an afterthought.
Why is there a small Builder tier?
Some users need more than a demo but do not need seats, pooled capacity, or compliance controls. Builder is the useful individual plan at $15/month or $150/year.
Can I bring my own LLM?
Yes. Paid plans are designed around BYOK or self-hosted LLM usage so teams can drive down token cost and keep sensitive build context under their own controls.
Why are Compliance and BYOC prices hidden?
Those deals depend on deployment shape, support obligations, retention, security review, and whether OpenFactory or the customer supplies compute. We show the path without turning the site into enterprise price theater.
What happens if I exceed hosted usage?
Hosted capacity is plan-limited first. Paid overages can be contracted for Team and above, and BYOC customers can move the compute burden onto their own infrastructure.
