What the record says about the Dell Pro Max Tower T2, Ubuntu preinstalled, in its own words.
Precision became Pro Max. This is the tower, configured with a Core Ultra 5 235 and a Radeon Pro W6400, which is a workstation graphics card rather than a gaming one, so the drivers are the supported kind.
On Dell's configurator, picking Ubuntu instead of Windows takes 45.50 dollars off the price. It is a small number and it points the right way, which is rarer than it should be.
The 8 GB of memory and the 256 GB drive in this configuration are a starting point, not a finished machine. A tower is the shape you buy when you intend to add to it. Dell builds it to order, so all of that is settled with you before the order is placed.

Preinstalled, not just certified. Dell sells this machine running Ubuntu, and on the configurator Ubuntu costs 45.50 dollars less than Windows. Canonical certifies four FCT2250 configurations against Ubuntu 24.04 LTS; the link is that record.
