These depend on the customer boundary, existing systems, and acceptance criteria. They are evaluated before a production commitment.
Customer-cloud and on-premises deployment boundaries are scoped and validated for a representative workload.
Air-gapped requirements are assessed during a technical pilot; availability depends on the required integrations and operating model.
Inventory assessment is live. Automated rebuild, approval, ServiceNow, and fleet rollout paths are validated per pilot.
Boundaries
OpenFactory has a narrower product boundary in these areas. Publishing that boundary keeps solution pages and sales reviews consistent.
Enterprise federation and automated directory provisioning are not marketed as available today.
OpenFactory can bake approved packages into complete images, but does not currently sell a general private package registry or software policy engine.
OpenFactory produces and validates complete Linux systems. It is not a host-shell overlay or local development environment manager.
A technical pilot ends with a built artifact, test results, an evidence review, and a written list of production gaps.
