Details
What the record says about the Lenovo ThinkCentre M70q Gen 6 Tiny, in its own words.
The M70q is the small office desktop: about a litre in volume, quiet enough to sit next to a monitor, and cheap enough to buy a row of them. It takes ordinary memory and an M.2 drive, so keeping a spare part on the shelf costs almost nothing.
It suits a first Linux desktop, a kiosk, a point of sale terminal, or a fleet where every machine runs the same image. Canonical certifies the M70q Gen 6, so the hardware has been tested against Ubuntu.
The whole tiny line is sold with Windows at order time, so the Linux install is yours to do. From a USB stick that is a ten minute job. We order the machine from Lenovo when you order it.

Certified, not preinstalled. Canonical certifies the ThinkCentre M70q Gen 6 against Ubuntu 24.04 LTS. Lenovo sells the tiny line with Windows only, so this machine arrives running Windows and you install the image you built over it. The link is the certification record.
